BY ELECRIC RESISTANCE WELDING (ERW) WITH (HFW) The Pipe mill produces pipes as the following: Outside diameters (3" (88.9mm) — 8" (219.1mm)). 2-1 Thickness (3.5mm — 9.52mm) 2-2 Lengths up to 13.5 meters. 2-3 On line Ultrasonic device to examine and test the defects in Seam Weld & heat affected zone (HAZ). 2-4 On line heat treatment unit to remove the stresses from the seam Welding & (HAZ). 2-5 Pipe mill produce (gas& petroleum) pipes According to API 5L and water pipes. 2-6 This Specification as follows: **(API 5L PSL1 X70 & API 5L PSL2 X60 certificate No. (0136). ** ASTM A53. 2-7 Shaped tube square Min. SPIRAL (HELICAL) WELDED STEEL ROUND PIPES (10" - 64")0.D.-

Automatic Submerged Arc welding (SAWH) internally and externally welded.
3-1 Two pipe mills:
-- FIRST Spiral mill welded steel pipes mill produces outside Diameters ((10" (273.1mm) — 30" (762mm)).
-- SECOND Spiral mill welded steel pipes mill produces outside Diameters ((10" (273.1mm) — 64" (1626mm)).
**Thickness up to 14mm.
** Length up to 12.25meter.
**All API 5L pipes tests by (x — ray) 100%.
**Pipe mill produces (natural gas& petroleum) pipes
According to API 5L and water pipes as customer requirements.
** The production produces Acc. to
(API 5L PSL1 X70 & API 5L PSL2 X60) ASTM A252 & ASTM A211 Spec.

Coating facility:

The company has different plans to protect internal & external surface of pipes to increase the lifespan and resistance to climatic influences. It is perfectly safe to transport drinking water as follows:
5-1 GALVANIZATION PLANT:
Two Galvanizing plants HOT DEEP GALVANIZING (H D G) method. Acc: To (BS-EN- ISO- 1461) Spec. With a minimum galvanized thickness 65 microns.
5-2 COAL-TAR , GLASSWOOL AND EPOXY COATING FOR PIPES (4”— 64”) O.D:
** EPOXY uses for coating the pipes internally & externally.
Acc. To AMERICAN Spec. (AWWA C210) Spec. With a minimum layer thickness 250 microns up to 500 microns. OR as the customer requirements.
** COALTAR & FIBER GLASS WOOL uses for coating outside surface of Pipes Acc. To AMERICAN Spec. (AWWA C203) With a minimum thickness 4.0mm to 6.0mm outside pipe surface. OR as the customer requirements.
All pipes coated internally is perfectly safe & healthy to transport drinking water.

INSPECTIONS, TESTING AND QUALITY ASSURANCE:

The company provides its clients with high quality products that go through very precise & accurate inspection methods at all different stages of production such as (EDDY CURRENT, ultrasound and the X-ray), portable devices, measurement wall thickness, diameters, lengths and hydrostatic testing machines pressure until 210 bar, as well as mechanical and chemical analyses and measurements and calibration of the company devices both internally and externally . Are used in inspections and tests on pipes produced according to international standards of German, English, American & Egyptian to achieve customer satisfaction .
